Primavera School groundbreaking takes place The Village of Bensenville has announced the groundbreaking of Primavera School, a new mixed-use development located at 1347 W. Irving Park Road. This two-story, 10,000 square-foot facility will provide high-quality daycare services to families along the Irving Park corridor and serve as a new anchor for continued revitalization in the area. In addition to offering early childhood education and care, the new development includes a dedicated parking lot and a secure outdoor play area. The design also allows for future expansion on the building’s second floor, positioning Primavera School to grow alongside the community’s needs.

“This project reflects our continued investment in family services and thoughtful development along one of Bensenville’s most vital corridors,” said Village President Frank DeSimone. “Primavera School will provide critical resources to working families, support local jobs, and contribute to the ongoing transformation of Irving Park Road.” Primavera School is envisioned as a community centered space that will blend functionality with accessibility. With its focus on quality care and room for growth, the facility aims to serve as both a neighborhood asset and a catalyst for further investment. Construction is set to begin this spring, with opening anticipated in early 2026.
