Bensenville announces winner of Snowplow Naming Contest The Village of Bensenville has announced the winner of its annual Snowplow Naming Contest. This year’s winning name, “SNOWBI WAN KENOBI,” was submitted by Bensenville resident Brittany Bending and her family. The name was selected through a public Facebook poll, where it received the most votes from community members. “We are always amazed by the creativity and engagement of our residents in this contest,” said Village President Frank DeSimone. “It’s a fun way to bring the community together, especially during the winter months. Record crowd attends Sweetheart Ball

A record crowd of nearly 160 people attended the Feb. 8 Sweetheart Ball held at the White Pines Golf Club. The evening began with a delicious dinner. Later, guests enjoyed a lively atmosphere with a DJ, dancing, interactive games and a fun-filled photo booth to capture cherished memories.
