THE COMFORT COLLECTIVE A LOOK INSIDE THE BUSINESS FOR OUR LOCAL PARTNERS

Labor Day weekend delivered. Friday and Saturday, September 4 and 5, came in at 86.5% and 94.0% across our portfolio, with Sunday holding strong at 84.1%. The holiday performed exactly as the data suggested it would. Now the focus shifts to fall. The Fannin County market is tracking at 28.5% for the 90-day window through the end of November, well ahead of last year’s 25.7% at this same point. The weekly detail shows why — leaf season is building steadily through October, peaking around the week of October 11 at 40.6%. The second weekend of September is already showing momentum at 38.6% and 34.8% on September 11 and 12, and the fall curve from there looks stronger than last year across the board. For local businesses, the next eight weeks are the ones to prepare for.

COMMUNITY CONNECTIONS At Southern Comfort Cabin Rentals, we believe a great guest experience goes beyond the cabin itself. From local festivals and leadership events to supporting tourism initiatives throughout the area, we’re proud to stay actively involved in the communities we serve. As we head into the busy season, we’re also looking to strengthen partnerships with local businesses to create added value for our guests while helping drive traffic to our local shops, restaurants, attractions, and experiences. We would love to collaborate on exclusive guest discounts, welcome offers, packages, or featured experiences that help showcase everything our area has to offer. Whether it’s dining specials, adventure packages, shopping promotions, or seasonal experiences, we’re always looking for new ways to connect our guests with local businesses.
