As we head into one of the busiest travel periods of the summer, Blue Ridge occupancy remains steady and closely aligned with last year’s pace. The upcoming two weeks are showing strong demand, with occupancy averaging 52.3% and the highest concentration of bookings centered around the Fourth of July holiday.
With July 2–4 already pacing between 65% and 72% occupancy, local businesses can expect a notable increase in visitor traffic heading into the holiday weekend.
