The next two weeks are shaping up to be the strongest stretch of the season so far, with occupancy holding above 39% every day. Peak demand is arriving on the weekends, with Friday and Saturday nights reaching 53.1% and 57.0% on June 12–13, followed by 56.2% and 56.9% on June 19–20.
The Fannin County market is currently pacing ahead of last year at 24.7% occupancy across the next 90 days, and our portfolio continues to outperform the broader market by a healthy margin.
