Memorial Day weekend is behind us, and the calendar turns to summer. The Fannin County market is heading into its strongest stretch of the year, with regional occupancy running ahead of last year’s pace.
We’re outpacing the market by more than four points at 27.3% for the 90day window. The next two weeks reflect that momentum. Friday and Saturday occupancy builds steadily through the period, peaking at 43.1% and 38.2% on June 5 and 6.
