Memorial Day Weekend is shaping up to be one of the strongest pacing periods we have seen so far this season, with Friday currently climbing above 65% occupancy and Saturday pacing over 75%. The momentum continues into early summer, and our overall 90-day outlook remains ahead of the broader Fannin County market.

As we move deeper into the season, we are continuing to focus on driving visitors into our communities while also strengthening partnerships with local businesses. From guest discounts and exclusive offers to addon experiences and stay packages, we are always looking for new ways to connect our guests with the businesses, restaurants, attractions, and experiences that make North Georgia special.
