This Friday and Saturday are the strongest of the spring so far.
April 24 and 25 are both pushing above 45%, and the numbers hold reasonably well into the following week before the next Friday and Saturday build again around May 1 and 2.
The 90-day picture is equally encouraging — we’re running ahead of both last year’s pace and the broader Fannin County market. The season is in good shape.
