I am continually thankful I get to serve this community through real estate. If you don't already know, my mission in every transaction is to SERVE you through real estate, CONNECT you to the greater Augusta area, and help GROW the greater community through giving back.
With the rise in interest rates and inflation, I understand there may be added stress for you right now as you decide whether or not buying/selling is right for you. I want to reassure you that our local Augusta market is strong!

Sellers, while we are seeing the seller's market soften, it is still a great time to sell due to low inventory, buyer demand, and high equity gains (the average homeowner in Georgia built 64K in equity last year!).
CONNECT. I will help connect you to different resources and people to help you through your move and relocation. I am also available to assist when relocating from the CSRA. GROW. When you trust me as your real estate agent, you allow me to help make the CSRA an even better place than it already is. I am committed to supporting local non-profits through donations per closing, event involvement, and fundraising. Buyers, with rising interest rates (~6%), you may feel discouraged. I want to reassure you that rates are still historically low and with the softening market, you are less likely to face multiple offer scenarios. I also want you to know that even if you lock in a higher interest rate now, you can refinance later or look into creative financing options, such as assumable loans. At the end of the day, if you are financing, your focus should be on the monthly payment amount and what you and your family can comfortable budget for.

There have been so many discussions regarding what new commercial and retail is coming to our county, as well as when roads are going to widen. While residential and commercial projects can move quickly, the processes of widening roads can take 15-20 years, which is why our rapid growth has caused traffic challenges. Making an Impact through Real Estate! It has already been an amazing year supporting the Dream Center, Warrior Alliance: Operation Double Eagle, Curing Kids Cancer, and the Charlie Norwood VA Medical Center. This has either been through community service, fundraising, or a portion of my commission through each closing We have supported the Dream Center with the Greater Augusta Association of Realtor's Community Outreach Committee. We were able to collect over 117 meals for families in need as well as attend "Adopt-the-Block" where we helped clean a street in our community and support families by providing food and clothing. With Curing Kids Cancer, I volunteered at Columbia's Fire Truck Pull, where over $21,000 was raised to support funding childhood cancer research. I also supported the Sugar Loaf Golf Tournament, which raised over $47,000 for Curing Kids Cancer. In May, I led a donation drive for the Charlie Norwood VA Medical Center, where we collected clothing and hygiene items for in-need and long term care veterans. I look forward to this partnership growing! We have donated over $1,085 through commissions to Warrior Alliance, Operation Double Eagle and Curing Kids Cancer. I look forward to continue funding these great causes throughout the rest of the year. My goal is $5,000! Thanks for your ongoing support and partnering with me!

Columbia County's only public golf course has a lot of fun changes and additions ahead, largely due its phenomenal new owners, Jason and Debbie Page. They just obtained a liquor license, have plans to renovate the club house into a "pub," provide course improvements, tree removal, add parking spaces, and expand the pro shop.
