The Town of Southampton Parks and Recreation Department is excited to announce the launch of our new recreation software program. The online registration and reservation system will make it easier than ever to sign up for programs, book facilities, explore all our activities, and get event information in one place!
If you’ve had an active account within the past 3 years we have migrated information over from our former recreation software and created an account for you in our new system. While you won’t be able to register for summer programs until May 6th, we encourage you to log in now and get familiar with the site by following these four simple steps:
GO TO www.southamptontownny.gov/parksonline
1. To log into your account, input your email and select the “Forget Password” option.
2. You will receive an email containing a temporary password.
3. After setting your new password, you may be required to submit updated proof of residency documents to qualify for a “Resident” account.
4. Once logged in, please make any necessary updates and upload required documents, such as your driver’s license and proof of residency (including a tax bill or three current utility bills from the past six to twelve months) in the document upload section. (Tax bills can be accessed at https://etax.southamptontownny.gov)
5. Ensure that your emergency contact information is current and accurate.
If you need to setup a New Account, click on “Sign Up Now” to create one. Fill in all of your information and upload ALL required documents. By default, your account will now be setup as a “Non-Resident” until your proof of residency documents are approved. Once your documents are approved, your status will be updated to “Resident” and you will receive an email notification.
Please Note: If you want to sign up as a non-resident before waiting for approval you can, but fees paid at the non-resident rate won’t be refunded when your status changes.
Pre-registration with payment is required for all recreation Programs, except where noted in Program descriptions. Program fees cannot be pro-rated. A Program refund will be granted only if the request is made at least five (5) business days prior to the start of a Program, or if we cancel a Program due to insufficient enrollment or other reason. If payment is made with a credit card, your card will be refunded automatically. If payment with cash or check you must request a refund in person. A $25 service fee will be charged for all checks returned by the bank.
All persons participating in Town of Southampton sponsored recreation Programs do so at their own risk. Participants are advised to consult with their physician prior to enrollment and participation in activities which may be strenuous. Participants must meet age requirements prior to the start of the Program.
All credit card transactions whether online, by phone, or in person, will be subject to a 3% non-refundable credit card fee. Please note: Cash payments will still be accepted at the Parks and Recreation Office located at 6 Newtown Rd., Hampton Bays.
