Who we are

Sonnedix is a global renewable energy company delivering 100% clean electricity through a diversified portfolio of solar, wind and storage assets. With almost two decades of sustainable growth, we are committed to powering a bright future as we continue acquiring, developing, building and operating renewable energy projects for the long-term, delivering innovative, tailored, and fully renewable, energy solutions to our customers.

Powering a Bright Future

We combine the reliability and scale of an IPP (Independent Power Producer) with the delivery of 100% renewable energy directly to customers through a flexible, high tech-enabled platform.

We merge technical excellence with innovation to meet the evolving needs of energy consumers seeking partnerships grounded in trust, professionalism, performance, and shared sustainability goals.

We actively explore and unlock opportunities across diverse markets at every stage of growth, driving innovation and leadership in the renewable energy sector. Our mission is to deliver reliable, efficient clean energy and sustainable solutions that power a better world for generations to come.

The key to our success is our diverse One Team of experts across the renewable energy chain. We work hard to build a truly diverse and inclusive workplace where everyone knows and feels they belong and finds opportunities to develop themselves and unleash their full potential.

The Sonnedix Group is majority owned by a fund of institutional investors.

What we offer

We deliver 100% renewable energy solutions to our customers

We create tailored solutions to meet each customer’s energy needs and sustainability goals, delivering 100% clean electricity directly to them.

Through flexible Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs), we provide subsidy-free renewable energy to largescale consumers, energy traders, and other generators and distributors.

Our diverse range of tenors, pricing structures, and contract options ensures an affordable, reliable, and sustainable supply of clean energy that powers the future.

We work to help our customers protect their business from volatile energy costs while achieving their carbon reduction targets.

We produce the energy we deliver, through assets we buy, develop, build, and operate

Our global platform — spanning ten countries across OECD markets — keeps expanding through the acquisition and development of solar PV, wind, and BESS (battery energy storage solutions) projects.

Our team of experts work on introducer agreements, pipeline, portfolio and platform acquisitions, and joint ventures. We look for potential collaborations with likeminded players, across every stage of the development process (including engineering and construction).

We also work with landowners in a variety of commercial relationships to either purchase sites or offer predictable, long-term rental income from renewable project developments (from disused gold courses and former brownfield sites to settings that are difficult to use for other purposes). In rural settings, our renewable energy projects are perfectly placed for dual use, such as grazing sheep or increasing biodiversity, providing a cost-free solution for landowners.

As long-term owners, we focus on achieving and maintaining operational excellence across our global portfolio of assets, investment in latest technologies and digitalisation to rapidly adjust to new, more efficient ways of working.

Our Centre of Excellence works towards securing optimal functioning of our renewable energy projects, securing a reliable source of clean electricity to our customers.
