We Craft the Soundscape of Tomorrow
Since its launch in 2022, Sonic Days has grown into one of Northern Europe’s most vibrant meeting points for the international audio community. Hosted by Sonic College in Kolding, the conference brings together sound designers, engineers, artists, researchers, and technology developers for two days of talks, demonstrations, and shared exploration of the future of sound.
In 2025, Sonic Days welcomed more than 750 participants from over 20 countries, alongside 90 speakers and more than 80 sessions, making it our most ambitious edition yet. What began as a Nordic initiative has quickly developed into an international gathering where professionals, students, and innovators meet to exchange ideas and shape the next generation of audio practices.
Sonic Days is built on a simple principle: the event is free and accessible to attend, ensuring that knowledge, inspiration, and professional exchange remain open to the entire audio community. This is only possible thanks to the support of our partners and sponsors, whose contributions help us bring world-class speakers, create unique listening experiences, and ensure that everyone involved in the conference is fairly compensated.
As Sonic Days continues to grow, so does the opportunity to shape its future. We are expanding the scale, reach, and creative ambitions of the conference, and we are actively welcoming new partners who want to be part of that journey.
