SOCI prides itself on its customer service and product offering. Customer satisfaction is very important to us, and we want to ensure each customer is pleased with their purchase. If for some reason you find yourself disappointed with your purchase and the item does not fall within the parameters of the product warranty, the following policy is in place:
• 1-30 days: 25% restock fee and the return freight
• 31+ days: No returns, no exceptions

Please note that material must be suitable for resale, in original packaging with no additional labels or markings on the branded packaging, and shipped at the customer’s expense. Installation constitutes acceptance and SOCI is not responsible for labor costs associated with removal and reinstall. No returns are accepted on discontinued material.

For all returns, a Return Authorization will be provided once the claim has been approved. Our returns team will advise if the items are to be shipped back to the SOCI Warehouse or destroyed on-site. All Return Authorizations (RMA) are only valid for 30 days. All return shipments must be packaged safely and securely to ensure no damage in transit. Any returns received without a Return Authorization will not be processed. Shipment notifications including a tracking/PRO number must be sent to returns@soci.design. The return shipment must include the RMA number in the reference field as well as a copy of the Return Authorization with the physical shipment. A similar packing list which references the RMA on it can also be used in place of a copy of the Return Authorization.
If replacement material is required, replacement orders will be processed once the return authorization has been provided. Please note that shade replacement or material availability cannot be guaranteed.
Please hold onto the damaged material for 30 days as the carrier might pick it up for a claim.
Once returned items have been received and inspected at the Soci warehouse, or upon authorization of on-site destruction, a credit memo will be issued to the original order if there is a remaining balance. If it is paid then the credit will go to the new order.

SOCI LIMITED SINK WARRANTY
SOCI prides itself on its customer service and product quality and therefore warrants that all its products are free of manufacturer defects under normal use and proper care. If defects are found, they are to be reported immediately including clear images of the defect. SOCI reserves the right to inspect any sink that has been reported to be defective prior to the replacement of the sink. Additionally, SOCI warrants to the original purchaser only that it will provide replacement material or refund at our discretion of any product that fails to meet any of the requirements listed in this policy.
Limited Quality Warranty:
Should any SOCI product fail due to a manufacturing defect, SOCI will replace the defective product pieces as it deems fit with an equivalent replacement (excluding labor and transportation). The product in question must have been solely used in a residential setting. This warranty will not cover any damages which might be caused by this product (some states do not allow such limitation, so this reference may not apply to you). Product coverage periods listed below begin from date of purchase. For any product not listed, the SOCI standard return policy applies. This warranty is non-transferable and shall not apply to damage arising from any of the following:
• Accidents, negligence, abuse or misuse
• Improper installation
• Improper care or maintenance
• Exposure to extreme temperatures
• Scratch, impact or cutting
• Modifications to product
• Freight damages
• Improper use of abrasive cleaning products including scouring pads
• Damages caused by placing hot pans directly into the sink
• Staining caused by standing water
VISUAL DEFECTS
Damages, shortages, and/or other receiving discrepancies must be reported upon receipt. Any damages not reported upon receipt must be repaired or replaced at the customer’s expense. Please refuse the shipment if there is obvious damage to the outside packaging or if you suspect the product is damaged and contact SOCI immediately at returns@soci.design to begin the claim process. Our team will provide a Return Authorization number and instructions on how to proceed. Installation of any SOCI product constitutes a declaration that product has no visual defects.
