Dear Chamber Members,
The Smithville Area Chamber of Commerce is excited to once again welcome the newest members of the Smithville ISD family!
As part of New Teacher Orientation, approximately 50 new teachers and staff members will be taking a "train ride" around Smithville to experience our community and learn about the people, businesses, and organizations that make our town so special. One of their stops will be at the Chamber, where we'll introduce them to everything Smithville has to offer.
To help make them feel at home, we're preparing 50 Welcome Bags, and we'd love for our Chamber members to be part of this special tradition!
We invite you to contribute promotional or branded items that showcase your business. Some ideas include:
• Business cards or brochures
• Coupons or special offers
• Pens, notepads, magnets, or keychains
• Water bottles, reusable bags, or other promotional items
• Small giveaways or treats
• Information about your products or services
Please provide 50 items (one for each bag) and drop them off at the Chamber office no later than Friday, July 24
This is a wonderful opportunity to introduce your business to the educators who are investing in the future of our community. Let's give our newest Smithville ISD staff members a warm Smithville welcome and show them how excited we are to have them join our community.
