Participants will explore the benefits of delegation for both leaders and teams, including increased productivity, stronger staff development, and more strategic use of a leader’s time. The session will also introduce a practical, step-by-step method for delegating tasks and projects clearly and confidently—ensuring expectations, authority, and accountability are aligned.
