Landscape Architecture By applying the knowledge from the different disciplines of our firm, we are able to create authentic, newly imagined places that immerse us in the richness of landscape. Our extensive experience in the design of office, multifamily, hospitality / hotel, and retail projects makes us uniquely qualified to design MixedUse developments composed of buildings that work. The design challenge for Mixed-Use projects, particularly those in dense urban environments, is for each component to perform as it should without sacrificing the performance of the other uses. We focus on pedestrian and vehicular access, visibility and marketability of each use, creating the appropriate identity and sense of place, as well as designing active, memorable environments where the “whole is truly much greater than the sum of its parts.”

Our Team believes that breathing new life into old buildings creates untapped value for our clients, our cities, and our neighborhoods. In turn, we create buildings that are functional, energy efficient, enhance the workplace environment, maximize storage and processing/manufacturing space and present an attractive exterior image to the public. From project inception to completion, the firm integrates all of the major disciplines into a cohesive project team that is focused on working together to achieve the Client’s goals. Our project managers have a high degree of experience and technical expertise to analyze and efficiently address key industrial facility support systems, upgraded ventilation and lighting systems, rooftop mechanical systems, loading/ unloading bays, special slab reinforcing requirements, and durable building materials and finishes to withstand daily industrial use.
