The CFCA Annual Conference has experienced remarkable growth, with attendance from both fire chiefs and vendors increasing exponentially. While we have secured larger venues for future years to accommodate this momentum, the 2026 Annual Conference is subject to existing contract capacities. Consequently, both registration and exhibit hall space will be capped. We anticipate reaching capacity quickly and encourage early sign-ups to guarantee your participation.

• Three complimentary full conference registrations including provided meals

• One 50 minute educational breakout speaking session - content must be approved by conference committee prior to event, and there is to be a max of one facilitator and three speakers.
• One Complimentary 2-day double or single exhibitor booth package in a prime location with complimentary booth electricity
• Recognition on conference signage as a Fire Chief sponsor
• Attendee list both two weeks before the conference and within two weeks of the conclusion of the event

Please note: Speakers associated with a session that is provided as deliverable for a sponsorship must be included in the complimentary attendee allotment.

*Booth attendants should not be considered complimentary attendees unless they are registered separately. Booth attendants are meant to staff the company’s booth and will not be permitted into sessions.
PLEASE NOTE:
• All attendants and displays must remain in the footprint of the assigned booth space and not spill into neighboring booths
• All complimentary registrations and booth personnel must be registered by the posted registration deadline. There will not be an opportunity for complimentary registrants to join on-site in 2026.
• A limited number of rig spots may be available on a first come first service basis. Please contact elizabethcardwell@calchiefs.org for more information.
Hertiage will provide all exhibitor services in the exhibit hall including booth equipment outside of what is provided as part of the rental fee, rental furnishings, freight and material handling, labor, custom display rentals, and sign producing and hanging capabilities. Each vendor will be sent a complete exhibitor package.
All exhibit booths must remain intact for the full duration of the tradeshow. CFCA reserves to right to refuse future exhibit registrations from exhibitors that breakdown their booths early.
All sponsorship and exhibit booth payments must be received no later than September 30, 2026. Sponsorships and Exhibit Booth that are not paid by September 30, 2026 may be cancelled.
All complimentary registrations associated with sponsorships, must be registered no later than September 25, 2026. There will not be an opportunity for complimentary registratants to join onsite in 2026.

You must adhere to the following specification for your logo to be accepted by the CalChiefs Design department. You may not alter the dimensions.
Logo: You must send your logo in an EPS or AI vector format. If you do not have an EPS version of your logo, please ensure what you send is high-resolution transparent PNG or PDF. Logos pulled from websites are not suitable for printing.
