Premier Sponsorship Opportunities

All Premier Sponsorship Opportunities include: One complimentary 6-ft exhibit display table, recognition on signage, special recognition and company ad on every general session and breakout screen; listed as a sponsor in the sponsor/exhibitor section of the TMC mobile app; your company logo will be displayed on the ATAP website as a sponsor for one year with a link to your company website and sponsor ribbons for your staff’s name badges. Sponsorships $8,500 and over will receive three complimentary registrations, and sponsorships under $8,500 will receive two complimentary registrations. Additional information on how to register your complimentary attendees once the sponsorship has been solidified.

Official TMC Mobile App Sponsor - $9,500 (1 available)

As the Mobile App Sponsor, your company’s logo will be prominently featured throughout the official conference app. Attendees will use the app to access the conference schedule, view photos, receive updates, and explore event information—providing your brand with consistent visibility and engagement throughout the event.

Hospitality Suite Sponsor - $11,000 (1 available)

Your company will receive premier recognition throughout the conference hospitality suite each evening that it is available, highlighted by specially designed signage that showcases your brand to attendees as they gather to network and unwind.

Tuesday Networking Reception Bar Sponsor- $8,500 (7 available)

You will be one of the premier bar sponsors for our large, full conference Tuesday evening networking reception in Downtown Disney. Your company will be prominently featured at one of the reception bar areas, with special signage recognizing your organization as an official bar sponsor. Attendees will gather at the bar throughout the evening, providing excellent visibility and engagement opportunities for your brand.

Lunch Sponsorship - $8,500 (3 Available)

As a Lunch Sponsor, your company will receive prominent recognition during the conference lunch with specially designed signage displaying your company logo. Sponsors will also have the opportunity to personally distribute promotional materials to attendees during the lunch period, creating a valuable touchpoint for brand engagement.

Women in Threat Assessment Networking Reception Sponsor - (1 Available - $7,500)

Your company will be prominently recognized as the sponsor of the Women in Threat Assessment Reception, an exclusive gathering held Tuesday evening just prior to the main conference Networking Reception in Downtown Disney. This sponsorship provides a unique opportunity to align your brand with an important community within the industry while gaining high-visibility recognition among conference attendees.

Scavenger Hunt Sponsor - $6,500 (1 Available)

Your company will be recognized as the Official Scavenger Hunt Sponsor for the Threat Management Conference—one of the most fun and interactive networking activities of the event. Special signage throughout the networking area will highlight your company as the sponsor while attendees explore, connect, and compete during the hunt. It’s a great way to put your brand at the center of the excitement!

General Sponsorship Opportunities

General Sponsorship - $6,000

In addition to a complimentary 6-ft exhibit display table, General Sponsors receive high-visibility recognition throughout the conference, including prominent placement on video screens in every general and breakout session. Your company will also be featured as a sponsor on the ATAP website for one full year with a direct link to your company’s website, extending your brand exposure well beyond the event. In addition, sponsor ribbons will be provided for your staff’s name badges, helping attendees easily identify and connect with your team during the conference. General sponsors will receive two complimentary registrations.

Breakfast Sponsor - $4,500 (4 Available)

As a Breakfast Sponsor, your company will enjoy prime visibility during one of the conference’s most well-attended networking moments. You’ll have the opportunity to personally distribute promotional materials to attendees during the designated breakfast period, creating meaningful one-on-one engagement. Your brand will also be prominently displayed with tabletop signage featuring your company’s logo throughout the breakfast area, ensuring strong exposure as attendees start their day.

Break Sponsor - $4,000 (7 Available)

As a Break Sponsor, your company will receive valuable face-to-face engagement opportunities during one of the conference’s busiest networking moments. You’ll have the opportunity to personally greet attendees and distribute promotional materials during the designated break period. Your brand will also be showcased with tabletop signage featuring your company’s logo displayed throughout the break area, providing strong visibility while attendees gather, refresh, and connect.

Exhibitor Display Table - $3,000 (12 available)

Gain exclusive access to connect with conference attendees from Tuesday, August 11 to Thursday, August 13, putting your brand front and center throughout the event. Your company will also be featured in the Sponsor/Exhibitor section of the TMC mobile app, complete with your point of contact, creating lasting opportunities for future business and meaningful connections with industry professionals.

Sponsor and Exhibitor Logo and Ad Specifications:

Logo:

You must send your logo in both an eps/ai vector format and a high-res transparent png or PDF. If you do not have an eps version of your logo, please ensure what you send is a high resolution transparent png or pdf. Logos pulled from websites are not suitable for printing. We will not use your logo from a previous year unless explicitly told to do so. If you cannot provide any of the aforementioned formats, we cannot guarantee the quality of your logo in any digital or printed materials.

Sponsor & Exhibitor Acceptance Policy

The mission of the Association of Threat Assessment Professionals (“ATAP”) is to share, facilitate and promote experiences and techniques of professionals in the fields of threat prevention, assessment and management. The primary purpose of the Association’s discretionary acceptance of sponsors, vendors, or exhibitors at any ATAP event or conference is to further this mission and the Association’s objectives, policies and goals as specified by the Board of Directors of the Association from time to time.

ATAP selects applicants to be vendors, exhibitors and sponsors for its events, taking into consideration the following factors: (1) an applicant’s alignment with ATAP’S mission, objectives and goals; (2) an applicant’s past business performance, either as a member of the Association and/or as a member of the threat assessment business community, which demonstrates adherence to, and promotion of ATAP bylaws, policies and goals; and (3) an applicant’s anticipated future business performance, which demonstrates adherence to, and promotion of ATAP bylaws, policies and goals. ATAP reserves the right to decline vendor, exhibitor or sponsorship applications in its sole and absolute discretion. In addition, ATAP reserves the right to deny sponsorship or vendor/exhibitor attendance if the vendor/exhibitor or sponsorship material is deemed by ATAP to not comply with the mission, objectives and goals of ATAP, or not to be in the best interests of ATAP or its members. In no case will any action or inaction taken by or on behalf ATAP with respect to any application for vendor/exhibitor or sponsorship status be motivated by discrimination on the basis of race, color, religion (creed), gender, gender expression, age, national origin, ancestry, disability, marital status, sexual orientation, or military status.

The applications of vendors/exhibitors and sponsors that comply with these criteria will be considered for acceptance by ATAP in the order received until such time as all vendor/exhibitor and sponsorship opportunities have been filled. Potential commercial advantage or disadvantage to an applicant resulting from the granting or denial of an application is not a factor that may be considered by ATAP in accepting or denying an application.

All applications for vendor/exhibitor or sponsorship opportunities will initially be reviewed, analyzed, and given a recommendation for approval or disapproval by the Sponsorship Committee. The Sponsorship Committee recommendations will be provided to the Conference Committee for final determination.

Exhibitor/Sponsor Agreement

The purpose of this agreement is to set forth the terms of the Association of Threat Assessment Professionals (ATAP) and your company’s participation at the 34th Annual Threat Management Conference. Exhibit space will be assigned on a first come, first serviced basis, once a signed agreement and payment are submitted to the ATAP office. Please note, completion of this application does not guarantee booth space until a confirmation from the ATAP office has been received.

EXHIBITOR‘S CONTRACT: The form of exhibitor’s contract the Organization wishes to use is subject to the prior approval of Disney’s Catering & Convention Services Manager. Without limiting this approval right, each exhibitor’s contract must contain, at a minimum, the following, or a substantially similar, provision (subject to Disney’s reasonable approval): The exhibitor assumes all responsibility for any and all loss, theft and/or damage to exhibitor’s displays, equipment and other property while on Disneyland® Resort premises, and hereby waives any and all claims and/or demands it may have against Disney Destinations, LLC dba Disney Resort Destinations, its parent and/or any of its affiliate companies arising from such loss, theft and/or damage. In addition, the exhibitor agrees to defend (if requested by Disney with counsel satisfactory to Disney), indemnify and hold harmless Organization and Disney Destinations, LLC dba Disney Resort Destinations and their respective parent, subsidiary and other related and affiliated companies from and against any and all liabilities, obligations, claims, damages, suits, costs and expenses, including, without limitation, attorneys’ fees, costs of court and costs of other professionals, arising from directly and/or indirectly and/or in connection with the exhibitor’s occupancy and/or use of the exhibition premises and/or any part thereof and/or any act, error and/or omission of the exhibitor and/or its employees, subcontractors and/or agents.

EXHIBIT INSURANCE REQUIREMENTS:

(a)The Organization agrees to maintain during the dates of the Event, and during any other times in which any of the Organization’s exhibits are on the property of the Resort, the following: (i) A policy or policies of Commercial General Liability Insurance (including, without limitation, products liability and contractual coverage, and automobile liability coverage for all vehicles), with minimum limits of Two Million Dollars ($2,000,000), combined single limit per occurrence, covering any and all loss and/or liability resulting from personal injury, death and/or property damage arising and/or occurring out of and/or in connection with the Organization’s exhibits; the use of any exhibit halls, and/or portions thereof, in the Resort that have been rented by and/or are under the control of the Organization during the Event; and/or any negligent act and/or omission and/or willful misconduct of the Organization, the Organization’s officers, directors, agents, contractors, subcontractors and/or employees; and,(ii) Worker’s Compensation Insurance as required by applicable law and Employer’s Liability Insurance with minimum limits of One Million Dollars ($1,000,000) per occurrence.(b) All insurance required in this Section shall be with companies and on forms acceptable to Disney and shall provide that the coverage there under may not be reduced or canceled unless thirty (30) days’ unrestricted prior written notice thereof is furnished to Disney. All insurance required in this Section shall be primary and not contributory with regard to any other available insurance to the Disney, its parent, and any subsidiaries, related and affiliated companies of each, and the officers, directors, shareholders, employees, agents and assigns of each. All insurance required in this Section shall be written by companies with a BEST Guide rating of B+ VII or better. (c) Certificates of insurance (or copies of policies, if required by Disney) shall be furnished to Disney. All insurance required in this Section shall include Disney, its parent, and any subsidiaries, related and affiliated companies of each, and the officers, directors, shareholders, employees, agents and assigns of each as additional insured’s and contain a waiver of subrogation in their favor. (The additional insured requirement applies to all coverages except Workers’ Compensation and Employer’s Liability. The waiver of subrogation applies to all coverages). Disney’s failure to request, review or object to the terms of such certificates or insurance shall not be deemed a waiver of the Organization’s obligations or the rights of Disney.

ATTENDEE ROSTER POLICY: The ATAP Threat Management Conference Attendee Roster is solely intended for one-on-one networking. Use of this roster for unsolicited business promotions and email spam is strictly prohibited. Violation of this policy will result in disciplinary measures for members, and declination of future attendance or vendor applications for non-members.

HOSPITALITY SUITE POLICY: Only individuals able to present a current TMC name badge will be allowed to enter. There shall be a sign posted at the door stating no one under the age of 21 may be admitted. A total of no more than 5 complimentary guest hospitality suite tickets will be made available to the vendor(s) that sponsor the hospitality suite, prorated based on the amount of the sponsorship.
