EXHIBIT SPACE One table-top exhibit space with 6’ skirted table, two chairs and one wastebasket. Electricity packages and Wi-Fi services will need to be arranged directly with the Hyatt Regency Denver at Colorado Convention Center and further forms will be provided with the exhibit confirmation.
TABLE TOP ASSIGNMENTS Payment required prior to conference. Booth location assignment will be done on a registration/payment date basis. No space is either confirmed or held without payment. LOGO SPECIFICATIONS You must send your logo in EPS or AI vector format. If you do not have an EPS version of your logo, please ensure what you send is a high-resolution transparent PNG or PDF. Logos pulled from websites are not suitable for MPACE printing.
REGISTRATION All people in an exhibit booth must be registered. Exhibitor registration includes one conference registration, including all meals and one ticket to the Thursday night event. To register additional exhibitor staff, register them online for the discounted rate of $400 each. Commercial material may be displayed only by registered exhibitors within the limits of their contracted booth space or by official conference presenters during their presentations.
INSURANCE The exhibitor understands that neither the Mountain Pacific Association of Colleges and Employers nor the host venue maintain insurance covering the Exhibitor’s property. It is the sole responsibility of the Exhibitor to obtain such insurance. Security is not provided in the Exhibit Hall.
