Narinder Dhami spent nine years teaching in London before becoming a full-time writer. She is the author of Bindi Babes and its companion novels and may be best known for her novelization of the hit British movie Bend It Like Beckham. Dhami also occasionally writes under the name of Daisy Meadows. She currently lives in Shropshire with her husband and pets.
