G since the beginning of the pandemic, so please check the schedule to find the service you’d prefer to attend. In addition to our expanded worship schedule, we will kick off the new school year next Sunday, August 15th! That morning, we will have a special blessing of students, teachers, and staff as they begin a new school year, as well as opening our children and youth classrooms for parents and students to visit. August 15th also marks the kickoff our 75th Anniversary Year celebration. Postponed due to the pandemic, we are ready to celebrate our history while dreaming of our future. Please visit the anniversary page of our website for information about guest speakers, special events, and ways for you to get involved. There’s special information in the new Archangel as well, so don’t miss it! As we begin a new school year, it’s important to note that the world is not as we hoped it would be, even just a few months ago. The pandemic that has controlled us for more than a year continues because of the new variant. With vaccination rates on the rise again, I am hopeful that this new surge of infections will be short-lived. Until that hope becomes reality, please take care of yourselves and one another. The church staff remains vigilant in our cleaning processes, and for anyone who is vulnerable, unvaccinated, or may simply wish to help lower the spread, please mask up while you’re here.

The Nicene Creed We believe in one God, the Father, the Almighty, maker of heaven and earth, of all that is, seen and unseen. We believe in one Lord, Jesus Christ, the only Son of God, eternally begotten of the Father, God from God, Light from Light, true God from true God, begotten, not made, of one Being with the Father. Through him all things were made. For us and for our salvation he came down from heaven: by the power of the Holy Spirit he became incarnate from the Virgin Mary, and was made man. For our sake he was crucified under Pontius Pilate; he suffered death and was buried. On the third day he rose again in accordance with the Scriptures; he ascended into heaven
