Experience joy and transformation through service on the adult mission to Bolivia. You will spend a week in fellowship with children who have been abused, abandoned, or orphaned and are given the opportunity to grow into independent adulthood through the Amistad Christian Community.

2026 – 2027 YOUTH CONFIRMATION

Sundays | 10 – 10:15 a.m. | Youth Center Classes: Wednesdays, January 20 – February 2027 | 6:30 – 8 p.m. Retreat: January 15 – 17

This class is for our 8th grade students who wish to deepen their faith in preparation for confirmation in the fall of 2027. This year-long journey helps students explore the heart of the Christian faith, grow their understanding of God, and prepare to make a mature profession of faith in the life of the church. Advanced registration is required for the 20262027 class by September 1st.

The Feast of the Transfiguration commemorates the revealing of Jesus as the Son of God and the fulfillment of the law (represented by the figure of Moses) and the prophets (represented by the figure of Elijah). This invites us into deeper reflection on ways God is revealed in the world and the role we play in the showing forth of his glory. *Incense will be used at this service
