12 BEST FOODS FOR PEOPLE WITH ARTHRITIS Some foods can help ease arthritic pain and relieve tension in the joints. Although no diet offers a cure for arthritis, you can help decrease your arthritic symptoms by supplementing your meals with foods such as these:
