No. External URLs are not permitted in ads or on our website. This ensures accurate tracking and reporting for our brokers. Any URLs included will be removed prior to publishing.
CAN I ADVERTISE A RENTAL PROPERTY?
No. Rental properties and rental affiliations through thirdparty services are not eligible for print or digital advertising.
CAN I EDIT THE BROKERAGE NAME ON MY AD?
No. All ads must display the broker of record as listed on LuxuryPortfolio.com.

INCLUDE MORE THAN ONE AGENT NAME OR PHONE NUMBER IN MY AD?
Space is limited. Typically, only one full name fits. For co-listed properties, names can be abbreviated (e.g., J. Smith/L. Rogers or Smith/Rogers). Only one phone number can be included.

CAN I GET A PHYSICAL COPY OF THE PUBLICATION IN WHICH I ADVERTISED?
Yes. We provide one complimentary copy upon request for any advertiser.

Yes. A proof will be sent prior to publishing for final review of price changes and production accuracy.
ARE THERE ANY RESTRICTIONS ON PHOTO SUBMISSIONS?
Yes, all photography is subject to approval by the LP team.
• Renderings may be submitted, but must meet quality standards.
• Images must meet the minimum size requirements for each ad type.
• Images with watermarks or logos are not accepted.
CHANGE POLICY: Any copy or photo changes after submission incur a $25 change fee.
Last-minute changes delay production and risk missing publication deadlines. To avoid fees, review all materials thoroughly before the deadline.

ARE ADVERTISING RESERVATIONS GUARANTEED?
No. All reservations are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. Space is limited, so we recommend booking early to secure your placement.
CAN DEADLINES BE EXTENDED?
No. Deadlines are determined by the publications and are non-negotiable. Late submissions cannot be accommodated, as they jeopardize production schedules.
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY AD DOES NOT MEET LPI STANDARDS?
Luxury Portfolio reserves the right to reject or remove any advertising reservation that does not meet our quality or compliance standards. This includes issues with image resolution, copy accuracy, or adherence to brand guidelines.
WHAT IS THE CANCELLATION POLICY?
Cancellations must be made prior to the reservation deadline. After the deadline, cancellations cannot be accommodated due to publication commitments.
DOES LPI GUARANTEE SPECIFIC PLACEMENT WITHIN A PUBLICATION?
No. While we strive for premium positioning, exact placement within a publication is determined by the publisher
