About Us Sirohi is a sustainable brand for handcrafted home and lifestyle products backed by a workforce of hundreds of artisans from the hinterlands of Northern India. We use an innovative tech-based design approach to communicate new designs to artisans working in their homes, to make well designed functional products, so each product from us will always have a beautiful story to tell.
Design Ideologies Whenever we design and create a product, we aim for it to: Reviving the lost traditions of the Indian culture Make a statement about the simplicity as well as luxuries of life. Sustainable use of local materials, keeping in mind India's diverse 'weave' heritage Reusing industrial trimmings and plastic waste and textile waste from local boutiques, ropes are made which are hand-woven into products To address the needs of our users in multiple locations and with respect to diverse spatial requirements.

Initiative Brief We work with skilled women artisans from the rural communities in Muzaffarnagar, Uttar Pradesh, thus creating products that celebrate our Indian heritage through their charpoy weaving styles and patterns. While our work has been centric on uplifting the women in these communities, we understand the importance of accommodating modern-day avantgarde design sensibilities into our products to appeal to today’s consumers.
Presenting, TECH FOR WEAVE, a collaborative tech-based initiative between exemplary weavers and designers across the globe and our master artisans at Sirohi. A series of week-long training programs personally curated by the designers to train our master artisans with new design ideas and weaving techniques. Post which, we’ll be launching the products thus developed during this collaboration on our website and many other marketplaces where Sirohi products are showcased on.

The Designers to curate a week-long session for our master artisans that consists of a 1-2 hour-long session every day. The sessions to take place through a virtual manner, in which 3 overall new design techniques or styles to be taught Post which the collaborative prod-ucts to be launched on all sales channels.

Once the workshop is over, the products thus created from the collaboration would thus go on sale on our channels.
Opting for this mode of compensation doesn't make you eligible for any royalty on the products made through our collaboration.
Opting for this would mean that you make a percentage of all revenue made through these products up to 6 months after the launch of the products.
15% commission on sales generated on these products for up to 6 months.
You shall receive an agreed-upon amount of monetary compensation for your participation in the program post the workshop is over.
INR5000-7500 as compensation for the training conducted.
