Visitors can enjoy a wide range of fête activities, including basketball shootouts, FIFA matches, football darts, cornhole and much more There will be a Pick ' n ' Mix stall, a chocolate tombola, the second hand uniform sale and plenty of opportunities to win prizes.
It’s a wonderful opportunity for you and your family to experience the Vaughan community at its very best and for your son to get to know one another before starting school.

SPORTSTEAM Joina
At The Vaughan, there are no trials, and every pupil is encouraged to represent our school sports teams, regardless of their previous experience. Information regarding training sessions and fixtures can be found at www.cvmssport.co.uk or by following @cvmssport on Instagram.
During the first term, your son will have the opportunity to represent our rugby teams. To help pupils get involved, we will be holding two introductory training sessions on Saturday 5 September (9.00am–10.30am) and Saturday 12 September (9.00am–10.30am) at our playing fields in Twickenham (Whitton Dene, TW7 7LY).
Your son should arrive wearing his Games Kit, consisting of the maroon top, blue shorts and blue socks. He should also bring a pair of rugby boots, a water bottle and a moulded gum shield.
As the sessions progress, pupils will be grouped according to their understanding of the game and its rules. Please do not worry if your son has not played rugby before; all pupils are welcome, and we strongly encourage anyone with an interest in sport to attend.
SCHOOLMUSICAL PRODUCTION
West Side Story
Monday 13 - Wednesday 15 July 2026, 7pm
The Vaughan’s School Musical Production is one of the most highly anticipated events in the school calendar; a sell out year on year.
This year, we are excited to share that we will be producing West Side Story.
We welcome you all to come and experience the wonder of the production on Monday 13 - Wednesday 15 July 2026. Tickets will be available from the school website very soon.

Uniform
The school’s uniform supplier will be in school on Saturday 27 June from 9.30 am to 3.30 pm. Please come to the school on that day to arrange all of your son’s uniform needs. There are four timeslots, arranged by pupil surname:

Pupil Induction
Friday 3 July to provide your son with a chance to get to know the school, some teachers, and to meet the other boys who will be in his year. Please do not worry if your son is on a school trip and is unable to attend.
Summer School
Over the summer break, we are running a Summer School of two weeks’ duration. The first week is from Monday 20 to Friday 24 July, and the second from 24 to 27 August. If you have applied for this the Headmaster’s Secretary will contact you shortly.
The First Day of Term
New pupils in the First Form will start on Thursday 3 September (further term dates can be found on our school website). Please arrive with your son for Mass by 8.50 am. You will be able to take your son home at midday. Your son will not be in school on Friday 4 September as this is the Lower Sixth Induction day. His first full day at school is Monday 7 September.
