Short notice accreditation assessments Cheat sheet: what to expect from assessors Assessors may review or request the below: Patient bedside charts Patient history Terms of reference, agendas and minutes of meetings Asset registers Demonstration of how to enter an incident in Riskman (via a caregiver log-in) Demonstration of how audits or results are accessed on MARS (via a caregiver log-in) Departmental quality plans

Any of the following requests by an assessor should be triaged via the Quality and Risk Manager: Receive hard copies of any document Be given access to St John of God Health Care files, shared folders or shared platforms e.g. Cora/ SharePoint from a remote location Be provided with evidence on a personal USB

Unless by prior approval or arrangement, there should be very few, if any, occasions where an assessor should be given any documents, either in hard or soft copy, to take off-site. If documents have been approved to be taken off-site, these must be fully accounted for when returned.
