SOUTH JORDAN SENIOR ADVISORY COMMITTEE
The South Jordan Senior Advisory Committee is dedicated to helping promote the interests of older adults and caregivers in the community by partnering with Senior Programs to provide a creative and informational environment where older people can engage in social activities by sustaining and improving the quality of health, well-being and safety and by supporting the fulfillment of older adult needs in the community Open meetings held the last Monday of the month. NEW THIS MONTH! SENIOR PROGRAMS CHOIR Join us every Monday at 1:00 PM for choir practice as we work toward a performance in February and May. Starts December 1. Sign up in the office. COMPUTER BASICS WITH MIKE Do you need a little extra help using the computer? Join Mike on Tuesdays at 10:00 AM! He will help you feel more comfortable navigating different programs as well as addressing any specific questions you may have. Sign up not necessary, just show up! Starts December 2. TELL YOUR STORY Everyone has a story to tell, don’t let it be lost! Author GM Jarrard will help you write your memoir giving tips and tricks to make it easier. Join us Wednesday, December 3, 10 and 17 at 10:00 AM and create something that will be cherished by your future generations. Sign up in the office.
