PRD Riverina Strata Christmas Closure As we wrap up 2025, the PRD Strata team would like to thank all owners and committees for another productive year. It’s been a big one, with our team proudly managing over 100 strata complexes across Wagga and surrounding Riverina towns. We appreciate the trust placed in us and look forward to continuing to support our strata communities into the new year. Please note our office will be closed over the Christmas and New Year period. During this time, owners are reminded that updates relating to Strata Living, including legislative changes and requirements, can be found via the NSW Fair Trading website. We also confirm that all compulsory reporting to the NSW Fair Trading Strata Hub is fully up to date. For urgent strata matters only during the Christmas and New Year break, our Emergency Strata Mobile will be available on 0447 808 392. Emergency Contacts Over the holiday period and outside of normal business hours, if an urgent or emergency repair is required within your strata complex, please contact one of our dedicated local trades listed below. These contractors are familiar with our properties and can assist promptly to help minimise damage and disruption. Emergency repairs generally include issues such as burst pipes, major water leaks, loss of essential services, electrical faults posing a safety risk, or situations that could cause further property damage if left unattended.
