Exciting enhancements are coming to the Venetian Society Loyalty Program, and we want to make sure you feel confident and informed every step of the way. That is why we have put together a helpful Frequently Asked Questions document covering the latest updates, in addition to general program questions.
VENETIAN SOCIETY ENHANCEMENTS
Q. What are the enhancements to the Venetian Society?
A. We are making three primary enhancements to the Venetian Society loyalty program to offer members more recognition and greater value:
• Offering more ways to earn VS Days
• Adding two new Milestones at 15 and 50 VS Days
• Enhancing benefits at most status levels
Q. What are the new ways to earn VS Days?
A. VS Days are the points you accumulate with each cruise or eligible activity. In addition to the 1 VS Day per cruise day sailed that members earn today, we are adding two new opportunities to earn VS Days:
• One VS Day per day for City Stays and Land Programs
• One additional VS Day per day sailed for Solo Travelers at a 200% fare.
VS Days are cumulative and do not expire.
Q. When will these enhancements go into effect?
A. Members will start earning additional VS Days and see their new milestone levels on voyages departing after the updates go live on July 1, 2026.
Q. What are the new Venetian Society Milestone benefits?
A. Our members’ input played a key role in shaping these improved benefits.
15 VS Days: Members who reach this milestone will receive a one-time, limited-time offer, sent via email after completion of the corresponding voyage. While the new milestone will be live from July 1, 2026, members with 15 to 49 VS Days have access to this offer on new bookings from April 8, 2026.
50 VS Days: $150 Shipboard Credit per person for every booking made. While the new milestone will be live from July 1, 2026, members with 50 to 99 VS days will have access to this offer on new bookings made from April 8, 2026. Terms and conditions apply.
100 VS Days: 10 (ten) Bonus VS Days after their next sailing for guests in the 100 VS Days Milestone who have an existing future cruise booked or are sailing at the time of announcement on April 8, 2026, or book a new 2026 or 2027 voyage by May 31, 2026. The 10 bonus VS Days will be awarded up to 30 days after July 1, 2026, or 30 days after completing their next voyage after July 1, 2026.
250 VS Days and above: Priority Embarkation, when available for Classic voyages on selected ports, and complimentary Premium Wi-Fi on one device (cannot be combined with the Wi-Fi suite benefit). These benefits are for guests who have achieved their milestone by sailing with Silversea, not through Status Match.

Q. When can we start using the new Venetian Society Milestone benefits?
A. New onboard benefits will start with voyages departing on or after July 1, 2026, with two exceptions:
• Priority embarkation will be available in selected ports and on select departures on our Classic cruises from mid-May 2026. Guests who qualify for this benefit will receive an email confirmation.
• New booking benefits for 15 VS Days and 50 VS Days milestones are available from April 8, 2026, on new bookings only.
Members will receive another email when the program goes live with additional information.
Q. What is Silversea Priority Embarkation?
A. While Silversea’s embarkation process is already seamless and fast, we are pleased to introduce a dedicated Priority line designed to further expedite the embarkation experience for select guests. This includes guests staying in our top suites (Otium, Owner’s, Grand, Master, Junior Grand, Signature, Silver, Premium Medallion, Medallion), as well as Venetian Society loyalty members who have reached the 250, 350, and 500 VS Days Milestones. This benefit is for guests who have achieved their milestone by sailing with Silversea, not through Status Match.
Priority embarkation will be available on selected ports and departures on our Classic cruises from May 2026. Guests who qualify for this benefit will receive an email confirmation.
Members eligible for Priority Embarkation will receive an email prior to their voyage with complete details regarding the process.
Q. Will my Venetian Society number change?
A. Once the new Venetian Society program goes live on July 1, 2026, all current VS members will receive a new Venetian Society Member number connected to their present account and membership status. For easy reference, the Member number is included at the bottom of the Silversea emails. It will also be available on the new Account page which will go live on July 1, 2026. Alternatively, members can email us at guestexperience@silversea com if they wish to know their member number after program goes live, not before.
Q. Will these enhancements to Venetian Society have implications on the Royal Caribbean Group Loyalty Status Match program?
A. With the addition of 15 VS Days and 50 VS Days tier levels in the Venetian Society loyalty program, we’re strengthening our one-for-one loyalty Status Match and re-aligning how tiers match across Royal Caribbean Group loyalty programs.
Your Status Match tier is based on the highest tier achieved on any line in our family of brands – Royal Caribbean, Celebrity Cruise, and Silversea.
While most Venetian Society members will see no changes when the program goes live on July 1, 2026, there are some exceptions:
• If your tier from one of our sister lines placed you in our 100 or 250 VS Days tier and you have sailed or booked with Silversea between May 30, 2024, and June 14, 2026, your VS Days Status Match Tier will remain the same.
• If your tier from one of our sister lines placed you in our 100 or 250 VS Days tier and you have not sailed or booked with Silversea between May 30, 2024, and June 14, 2026, your VS Days Status Match Tier will change. You can lock in your current VS Days Status Match tier by booking a cruise with us before June 14, 2026.
• If your tier from one of our sister lines placed you in 350 or 500 VS Days tier, you will keep your current Status Match tier. There will be no change when the new program goes live on July 1, 2026.
• If you are a Venetian Society member who has achieved 100, 250, or 350 VS Days Tiers by sailing with Silversea or who will be in the new 15 VS Days, or 50 VS Days tiers based on days sailed with Silversea, then you will be upgraded to a corresponding higher tier in our sister lines’ loyalty programs on July 1, 2026.
Status Match updates will take effect when the program goes live on July 1, 2026. Members will receive additional communications.
