PRE-CRUISE PAYMENT FAQs Specialty Dining, Spa Services & Photo Studio Experiences

1. Why are we making this change?

At Silversea, we're committed to ensuring all moments of your voyage are seamless and effortless. With this in mind, we're introducing a thoughtful refinement to the onboard reservation process on My Silversea that lets you confidently secure your specialty dining, spa, and photo studio experiences before embarkation. This updated approach gives you the flexibility to plan, explore, and personalize your journey with ease. 2. What is changing?

With the intention of streamlining reservations and improving your access to high-value experiences, payment will now be required as part of the booking process for specialty dining, spa, and photo studio experiences. These payments are fully refundable when plans change, in accordance with our standard cancellation policy of up to 24 hours in advance. 3. What activities require payment pre-cruise?

To provide clarity and ensure access to our most sought-after experiences, payment will be required at the time of booking with a credit card when reserving the following activities in MyActivity prior to embarkation: •

Specialty Dining (including La Dame, Kaiseki and Seishin, Chef’s Table)

Spa Services

Photo Studio Experiences

All other onboard offerings — including boutique, premium beverages, premium internet, and laundry services — will continue to be reserved and paid for onboard. The Shore Excursion booking process also remains unchanged, requiring pre-voyage purchase using a credit card or Shore Excursion Credit via My Silversea or reserved and purchased onboard.
