Eligibility: The Travel Partner May 2025 Appreciation Sweepstakes (the “Giveaway”) is open only to active and accredited Silversea travel agents* who are 21 years of age or older (the “Eligible Agents”) of the fifty (50) United States (including the District of Columbia; excluding Puerto Rico), Latin America and Canada (excluding Quebec) at the time of entry. Employees of Silversea Cruises Ltd. and their parent and affiliate companies as well as the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings and children) and household members of each such employee are not eligible. The Giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state, provincial and local laws and regulations. Prize acceptance constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules. Sponsor’s decisions are final and binding in all matters related to the Giveaway. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein. *An active and accredited agent means a travel agent who has an active and valid ARC, IATAN, TRUE or CLIA number both at the time of entry and at prize award. 2. Sponsor: Silversea Cruises Ltd., 1050 Caribbean Way, Miami, FL 33132. 3. Timing: The Giveaway begins on May 1, 2025 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on May 31, 2025 11:59 p.m ET (the "Promotion Period"). Sponsor’s systems and servers are the official time-keeping devices for the Giveaway. 4.
How to Enter: During the Promotion Period, Eligible Agents will receive one (1) entry automatically each time: a. A new, individual, cruise booking is made and confirmed during the Promotion Period for any Silversea Ocean or Expedition cruise that has been named and fully deposited (a “Qualified Booking”); b. No category restrictions for Qualified Bookings; c. Qualified Booking must be active at time of prize drawing and winner notification; d. Eligible Agents are solely responsible to ensure Qualified Booking information is correct; and e. Eligible Agents may opt-out of Giveaway by not accepting the Prize, if entry is drawn during prize drawing.
Any attempt by any entrant to obtain more than one (1) entry for each Qualified Booking by using any method is prohibited and may void that entrant's entries and that entrant may be disqualified. Use of any automated system to participate is prohibited and will result in disqualification. The potential winner may be required to show proof of being an Eligible Agent. 5. ALL ACTIONS TAKEN TO EARN AN ENTRY ARE SUBJECT TO VERIFICATION BY SPONSOR, WHOSE DECISIONS ARE FINAL AND BINDING. SPONSOR WILL NOT ACCEPT SCREEN SHOTS OR OTHER EVIDENCE OF EARNING AN ENTRY IN LIEU OF ITS VALIDATION PROCESS. ANY ACTION TO EARN AN ENTRY THAT OCCURS AFTER THE PROMOTION PERIOD IS DEEMED A DEFECTIVE ENTRY, IS VOID, AND WILL NOT BE HONORED. 6. Prize Drawing: Sponsor’s decisions as to the administration and operation of the Giveaway and the selection of the potential winner is final and binding in all matters related to the Giveaway. Sponsor will randomly select the potential Giveaway winner from all eligible entries received during Promotion Period on or around July 15, 2025. Following the drawing, the potential winners will be notified by no later than August 31, 2025 by a representative from Inside Sales Team via InsideSalesMia@silversea.com.
