Travel Partner Appreciation May 2025 Competition Terms and Conditions 1. Eligibility: The Travel Partner Appreciation May 2025 Competition (the “Competition”) is open only to (i) travel agents who are legal residents in UK and EMEA; and (ii) current employees of the Promoter’s accredited travel partners and registered to sell and arrange Promoter’s cruises, accommodations and/or trips for travelers in the UK / EMEA as of the time of entry of the Competition; (iii) 18 years or older at the time of the entry (the “Eligible Agents”) . Employees of Silversea Cruises Ltd. and their parent and affiliate companies as well as the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings and children) and household members of each such employee are not eligible. Prize acceptance constitutes the entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Competition terms and conditions. Promoters’ decisions are final and binding in all matters related to the Competition. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein. 2. Promoter: The Promoter is Silversea Cruises Ltd., with company number 03290556 and with registered office address at 7 The Heights, Brooklands, Weybridge, Surrey, KT13 0XW (the “Promoter). Timing: The Competition begins on May 1st, 2025 at 12:00 hrs GMT and ends on May 31st, 2025 23:59 GMT (the "Promotion Period"). Promoter’s systems and servers are the official time-keeping devices for the Competition. 4. How to Enter: During the Promotion Period, Eligible Agents will receive one (1) entry automatically each time : a. A new, individual, cruise booking is made and confirmed during the Promotion Period on all Silversea Ocean or Expedition cruises that has been named and fully deposited, excluding any bookings under reduced rates including but not limited to TF, RR, TA, T5, NX, NT (“Eligible Booking”); b. Eligible Bookings must be active at time of prize drawing and acceptance of the Prize; c. Eligible Agents are solely responsible to ensure Eligible Booking information is correct. d. Each Eligible Booking will count as one entry into the Competition. 3.
Any attempt by any entrant to obtain more than one (1) entry for each Eligible Booking by using any method is prohibited and may void that entrant's entries and that entrant may be disqualified. Use of any automated system to participate is prohibited and will result in disqualification. The potential winner may be required to show proof of being an Eligible Agent. All entrant must obtain consent from their employer before participating in the Competition. By submitting an entry, each entrant confirms that their employer has no objection to entering this Competition. 5. ALL ACTIONS TAKEN TO EARN AN ENTRY ARE SUBJECT TO VERIFICATION BY PROMOTER, WHOSE DECISIONS ARE FINAL AND BINDING. PROMOTER WILL NOT ACCEPT SCREEN SHOTS OR OTHER EVIDENCE OF EARNING AN ENTRY IN LIEU OF ITS VALIDATION PROCESS.
