DARWIN BAY, GENOVESA (NORTHERN) – Guided Hike

Enjoy a nature walk along a trail covered by coralline shells and a white sandy beach and be amazed at the sheer number of seabirds who make their home here, including Red-footed Boobies.

ISLA BARTOLOMÉ (WESTERN) – Guided Hike

Trek to Bartolomé’s summit for a breathtaking view of the surrounding islands; learn about the spatter cones, lava tubes, and tuff parasitic volcanoes akin to a moon landscape.

ISLA GUY FAWKES (WESTERN) – Deep-water Snorkelling

Explore the waters surrounding this cluster of four small islets, home to impressive walls covered by invertebrates such as corals and sponges, big schools of fish, and possibly manta rays.

Anchored in sight of the volcanic moonscape of Isla Bartolomé, guests are brought to the island by Zodiac to ascend a boardwalk of 388 steps. Here we look for Lava Lizards, Galápagos Hawks, and Blue-footed Boobies.

The ultimate reward is one of the most beautiful panoramas in all of the islands – the view towards Pinnacle Rock with the black, volcanic cones of Baltra, Daphne Major, and Daphne Minor on the horizon.

A frenzy of wildlife
