Silversea Academy Incentive for CLIA agents Official Rules (the “Official Rules”) Eligibility: The Silversea Academy Incentive for CLIA agents (the “Incentive”) is open only to active and accredited Silversea travel agents who are :(i) 18 years of age or older at the time of the entry; and (ii) legal residents of Australia and New Zealand; and (iii) a registered member of CLIA (the “Eligible Agents”). Employees of Silversea Cruises Ltd. and their parent and affiliate companies as well as the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings and children) and household members of each such employee and anyone else professionally associated with this Incentive are not eligible.

Timing: The Incentive begins on June 1, 2025 at 12:01 a.m. Australian Eastern Strand Time (“AEST”) and ends on July 31, 2025 11:59 p.m AEST (the "Promotion Period"). 5. ALL ACTIONS TAKEN TO EARN AN ENTRY ARE SUBJECT TO VERIFICATION BY SPONSOR, WHOSE DECISIONS ARE FINAL AND BINDING. SPONSOR WILL NOT ACCEPT SCREEN SHOTS OR OTHER EVIDENCE OF EARNING AN ENTRY IN LIEU OF ITS VALIDATION PROCESS. ANY ACTION TO EARN AN ENTRY THAT OCCURS AFTER THE PROMOTION PERIOD IS DEEMED A DEFECTIVE ENTRY, IS VOID, AND WILL NOT BE HONORED. Prize Drawing: Sponsor’s decisions as to the administration and operation of the Incentive and the selection of the potential winner is final and binding in all matters related to the Incentive. Sponsor will randomly select the winner from all eligible entries received during Promotion Period on or around August 15, 2025. Following the drawing, the winners will be notified by no later than August 31, 2025 by a representative from Inside Sales Team via salesaunz@silversea.com. If a winner refused the prize or if

the winner cannot be contacted, or fails to sign and return the declaration or provide any other requested information within the required time period, or the prize is returned as undeliverable, such winner forfeits the prize and the Promoter shall have no liability towards the winner and reserves the right in its absolute and sole discretion to award the prize to an alternate winner by random drawing from among all remaining eligible entries . Receiving a prize is contingent upon compliance with these Official Rules. PRIZE: Each of the 10 winners will each receive 1x AU $250 Prezzee Gift Card (the “Prize”). Total prize value of AUS $2,500. The Prize is as described, is not transferable, cannot be amended or varied, cannot be exchanged for cash and cannot be resold.

Publicity: Except where prohibited, winners may be required to take part in publicity resulting from the Incentive. The Promoter shall be entitled to make use, in any way and/or through any medium, of any comments provided and/or made be the winner(s) including without limitation, those provided by the winner(s) on any social media sites and/ or Silversea owned marketing channels (including Silversea Cruises website), for the benefit of promoting the Promoter and it’s Group and/or associated companies, subject to applicable Law, policies of the relevant social media sites and/or marketing channels. In entering the Promotion, entrants agree not to post any detrimental content on any social media platform and/or in any other mediums. 9.
