Arctic and Kimberley Incentive (the “Incentive”) Terms and Conditions for Flight Centre, Helloworld and Virtuoso 1. Eligibility: This Incentive is open only to travel agents who are :(i) 18 years of age or older at the time of the entry; and (ii) legal residents of Australia; and (iii) registered member of either one of the following travel companies who have a valid and current commercial partner agreement in place with Silversea Cruises Ltd; (a) Flight Centre; or (b) Helloworld; or(c) Virtuoso (collectively the “Consortia”) ; and (iv) are recognized and registered as active member of the Consortia in accordance with the Promoter’s internal system (the “Participants”). Employees of Silversea Cruises Ltd. and their parent and affiliate companies as well as the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings and children) and household members of each such employee and anyone else professionally associated with this Incentive are not eligible. 2. Timing: The Incentive begins on Monday, June 23, 2025 at 12:01 a.m. Australian Eastern Strand Time (“AEST”) and ends on Thursday, July 31, 2025 11:59 p.m AEST (the "Incentive Period"). Promoter’s systems and servers are the official time-keeping devices for the Incentive. 4. The Incentive: During the Incentive Period, the first 20 Participants from each Consortia (in total 60) to make a confirmed booking on any 2026 Silversea Arctic or Kimberley expedition voyage (“Eligible Booking”) will receive a 1 x $200 Prezzee gift card (the “Reward”). Eligible Booking claimed under this Incentive cannot be resubmitted or used to qualify for any other concurrent or subsequent incentive or promotion offered by the Promoter.
5. ALL ACTIONS TAKEN TO EARN AN ENTRY ARE SUBJECT TO VERIFICATION BY PROMOTER, WHOSE DECISIONS ARE FINAL AND BINDING. SPONSOR WILL NOT ACCEPT SCREEN SHOTS OR OTHER EVIDENCE OF EARNING AN ENTRY IN LIEU OF ITS VALIDATION PROCESS. ANY ACTION TO EARN AN ENTRY THAT OCCURS AFTER THE INCENTIVE PERIOD IS DEEMED A DEFECTIVE ENTRY, IS VOID, AND WILL NOT BE HONOURED. 6.
