Arctic and Kimberley Incentive (the “Incentive”) Terms and Conditions
1. Eligibility: This Incentive is open only to travel agents who are :(i) 18 years of age or older at the time of the entry; and (ii) legal residents of New Zealand; and (iii) a registered member and/ or employee of a travel company who have a valid and current commercial partner agreement in place with Silversea Cruises Ltd (the “Participants ”). Employees of Silversea Cruises Ltd. and their parent and affiliate companies as well as the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings and children) and household members of each such employee and anyone else professionally associated with this Incentive are not eligible. 2. Promoter: Silversea Cruises Ltd., Level 15 | 101 Miller Street | North Sydney NSW 2060 | Australia 3. Timing: The Incentive begins on Monday, June 23, 2025 at 12:01 a.m. Australian Eastern Strand Time (“NZST”) and ends on Thursday, July 31, 2025 11:59 p.m NZST (the "Incentive Period"). Promoter’s systems and servers are the official time-keeping devices for the Incentive. 4. The Incentive: During the Incentive Period, the first 20 Participants who make a confirmed booking on any 2026 Silversea Arctic or Kimberley expedition voyage (“Eligible Booking”) will receive a 1 x $200 Prezzy gift card (the “Reward”). Participants must send proof of the Eligible Booking , including a copy of the booking confirmation to Mel Watson: Melw@silversea.com immediately once the booking has been made to be eligible to receive the Incentive. Eligible Booking claimed under this Incentive cannot be re-submitted or used to qualify for any other concurrent or subsequent incentive or promotion offered by the Promoter. 5. ALL ACTIONS TAKEN TO EARN AN ENTRY ARE SUBJECT TO VERIFICATION BY PROMOTER, WHOSE DECISIONS ARE FINAL AND BINDING. SPONSOR WILL NOT ACCEPT SCREEN SHOTS OR OTHER EVIDENCE OF EARNING AN ENTRY IN LIEU OF ITS VALIDATION PROCESS. ANY ACTION TO EARN AN ENTRY THAT OCCURS AFTER THE PROMOTION PERIOD IS DEEMED A DEFECTIVE ENTRY, IS VOID, AND WILL NOT BE HONOURED. 6. Recipients: The Reward will be issued to the first 20 qualifying Participants who meet all eligibility criteria (the “Recipients”) The Promoter’s decisions as to the administration and operation of the Incentive and the selection of the Recipient(s) is final and binding in all matters related to the Incentive. The fulfilment of the Rewards will be managed by the Promoter. The Promoter will select the Recipients from all eligible entries at the end of each business week until the end of the Incentive Period. The Recipient(s) will be informed each week by a representative from the Inside Sales Team or the respective Sales Manager with the details of how to claim their Reward(s). In the event that a Recipient declines the Reward and/or the Promoter is not able to provide the Reward to the Recipient, and/or does not accept the Reward, and/or is ineligible or otherwise unable to claim the Reward, the Recipients shall forfeit the Reward and the Promoter shall have no liability to the
