THE SIGNATURE REAL ESTATE COMPANIES’ VENDOR & AFFILIATE NETWORK (“VAN”)
Member BENEFITS Host a minimum of two (2) (possibly more if time permits) lunches OR continental breakfasts at The Signature Real Estate Companies’ (SREC) Corporate Office to present VAN Member’s products and services to Signature Team Members. All food and refreshments shall be provided by VAN Member.
VAN Member’s logo and a click-able outbound link from the logo to the VAN Member’s website on the “Preferred Vendors” tab on the www.SignatureRealEstateCompanies.com and the www.SignatureFlorida.com websites.

BROCHURES ON DISPLAY RACK
SREC will email to all SREC Team Members, solicitation materials on VAN Member’s behalf, a maximum of six (6) times per year, with marketing materials designed and created by VAN Member and provided to SREC.
Receive a copy of each SREC new hire agent email announcement so VAN Member can introduce themselves by email only, to each new agent. VAN Member may solicit newly hired agents by email only.
COMPLIMENTARY TICKETS TO COMPANY EVENTS
CLICK-ABLE LOGO LINKED TO COMPANY WEBSITE
Authorization from SREC to include SREC on VAN Member’s website and other marketing materials, with a special logo from SREC that states “A Signature Real Estate Companies’ Preferred Vendor” during the term of the VAN Membership. The logo will link back to SREC’s website.
Opportunity to place VAN Member’s professional marketing brochure in all of SREC’s offices in the marketing display rack provided by SREC. VAN Member must provide their professional marketing brochures and refill as needed.

Preferred table placement at The South Florida Realty Expo (SFRE), which is scheduled on an every-other-year basis at a high-profile location. SFRE VAN Member table price and sponsorship costs are NOT included in the VAN Program and must be purchased separately by the VAN Member.
VAN Member round table discussion at least once per calendar year, which will be moderated by SREC to discuss how we can better network together and cross refer each other’s businesses. All current VAN Members will be invited to attend.
