First and foremost, our utmost appreciation and respect to the many courageous SREC Team Members who will amaze everyone with their remarkable talents. Performing live is challenging enough, but performing virtually presents additional obstacles for all the performers to overcome. We invite you to scroll through the Program to read about the performers’ diversified background. Events such as this Virtual Talent Show require a lot of hard work and dedication. We are forever grateful to the amazing chairs of the Virtual Talent Show Committee: SREC REALTORS® Barbara Lofaro, Isabelle Gray and Michelle Martinez, who have displayed incredible energy and creativity. And, of course, our Emcee, the inimitable, witty and charismatic SREC Co-Founder, Broker and President, Ben G. Schachter. Hans has made sure that EVERYTHING having to do with ZOOM, Facebook, voting and our websites have been so brilliantly attended to. Dr. Dan Greenstein is a dentist and a referral agent with Signature Residential Real Estate. He has travelled the country with his healthcare comedy show, SPIT HAPPENS! . Dr. Dan was the originator of the Signature Talent show but now lives and practices in OCALA. He appreciates being asked to be part of this virtual event. He will be performing his parody of Piano Man. His version is called “Percodan”.

David has been in real estate for OVER 30 years. Prior to real estate, David was in radio and worked in a famous recording studio in New York City. He graduated from the University of Miami and has always had a passion for music. David will be performing the song “All By Myself” by Eric Carmen.

Danny began his comedy adventure working at the rock station 98.7 The Gator, in south Florida in the mid 90’s. With the rise of internet radio and podcasting, Danny became a regular member of the nationally syndicated Shannon Burke Show, as well as hosting his own podcast. After several years of hosting his podcast, Danny tried his hand at standup, just over 4 years ago. “I get nervous every time I preform, whether there are 4 people or 400. But nothing compares to the rush you feel when you make people laugh.” Danny is also the host of the My Stupid Thoughts Podcast (nightly on Facebook & Instagram LIVE).
Since my childhood I always loved singing. Either it was a birthday party at school, or a family gathering.
Gregory Gefen dreamed of being a rock guitarist and performing for audiences ever since he was a teenager in Aventura. Lucky for him his parents (along with his various guitar teachers) were able to assess his true talent potential and encouraged him to go to law school instead!
My music teacher advised my mother that I should go to conservatory since I was very talented. I was accepted to Classical Violin Department and I completed and graduated as a second school after my school hours. I graduated from a private American High School, Robert College, as my primary education and I always had a part in musicals.. My passion was to sing ! So, after I graduated from college because of my family wishes ( Bosphorus University ; bachelor of economics ) , I was free to perform as a singer I have a professional album and I performed on stage and gave concerts ( in Istanbul) for 15 years. I performed in South Florida from time to time singing Turkish, Greek, English..after I moved to Boca Raton. As a former singer, I will be more than happy to perform in SGB events.

Hans Bacares is a dedicated practitioner of the ancient art of Story Telling. Sitting by a fire and maybe roasting some marshmallows, he will weave a complicated tale of heroism and valor, twisted with sharp colors of deceit and betrayal.
Cindy has been managing the Hollybrook Realty office since 2008. She has complete confidence and experience in all phases of the business from accounting to writing contracts and working on the MLS.
You will laugh, you will weep, you will leave the circle thinking about the many things that were spoken, and the things left unsaid.
“You have to give to get” – Lisa Fox has lived her life by this motto and continues to define who she is. Helping people and preparing them for the many challenges of buying and selling property has made Lisa one of Signature’s most active and respected “Go To” agents.

Singing has been one of Jennifer’s passions, since she was 2. Among the many callings of life she is answering, singing will always be the one that fills her with the most joy and peace. Before moving to FL, she was in a church choir, school choir, and a karaoke hostess in a bar. Upon her move to West Palm, she opened up her own children’s entertainment company and is currently entertaining her own 2 under 2 for free. Mother, REALTOR, Clown, and educator, this Renaissance woman will always feel at home humming a tune, or belting her soul out. She dedicates this performance to her past and future selves and to her family.

Kathy Goldstein has always loved to share stories, whether during her work as a Realtor, tutor and former educator and editor, or as a volunteer visiting seniors at home and at an independent living facility. Stories can convey important messages in a unique, memorable way. She hopes you will enjoy this particular story--a longtime favorite.
I started singing in high school in theatre and plays and then went on to college and minored in music. After college I went on to commodities and did music on the side and put out a few CD’s. Being the Executive Director of Signature One Luxury Estates is my full time passion now, but Singing will always hold a special place in my heart.
Music, Passion, Love. Oshay Nelson has undeniably found comfort indulging in the magic of music. From an early age he was always found at church service behind the keyboard, drumset, or microphone. As a young man in elementary school he formed a rap group then, in high school joined another, known as, “League of extraordinary Gentlemen” (LXG). In either band he was the groups’ singer/song-writer. His unique style incorporated Kenny G instrumentals which were his source of calm throughout the storms of teenage living. Today, he is a Realtor after hours, a DJ by night, and a singer when the lights hit the stage.

Once upon a time, in a town far away, a town which claimed to be the “Birthplace of Sweet Tea,” or better know as Summerville, SC, was a boy and a piano. The two grew close and Smith later realized, his friend, his voice, and they too became close. The triad of friendship reached a highlight at Lee University where Smith studied music and enjoyed performances as a singer at: the Presidential Inauguration of President Obama in 2013, a tour with the Lee University Chorale in Vienna, Austria of 2014 and a tour as the pianist for Lee University Advent Now in Japan of 2016.

Sabrina Renee is a musician and singersongwriter. She has been playing music since the age of 6, starting out with piano as her first instrument. At age 15, she taught herself guitar and began composing her own pieces both lyrically and instrumentally. Tonight Sabrina Renee will be playing an original for you, we hope you enjoy it as much as she enjoyed writing it and playing it for all of you!
Sung has a passion for classical music and took her first piano lesson when she was 5, in South Korea. She taught piano while she was in high school in Kansas City, Missouri, where she grew up. She received a full piano scholarship at Missouri Western State College, but she is too much of an extrovert to be confined to a piano room practicing for many hours. She serves on the board of The Symphonia, Boca Raton, and is one of our Commercial Agents.

Tony, originally from Rhode Island, has been living in Florida for over 10 years. He has been a singer in various bands performing at clubs, parties & weddings in the New England area. His first passion has always been music and he loves to perform. His free time is spent singing at karaoke clubs.
