(SGB), the charitable arm of The Signature Real Estate Companies, we would like to express our sincerest appreciation to everyone who helped make the 3rd Annual Signature’s Got Talent Show such an incredible success. We were successful in raising funds which have been specifically earmarked to benefit a truly amazing organization - Best Foot Forward (bestfoot.org), whose mission is to empower foster care youth to maximize their potential by providing essential academic support and guidance. Originally from Cleveland, Ohio, Amanda grew up performing in church talent shows from the age of 9. She has participated in choirs and performed with a girl group in high school. Her passion for singing and dancing has stayed with her throughout the years. She loves to karaoke and go out dancing with her friends. Amanda moved to Florida after graduating from Cleveland State University in June of 2014 and has been working for Signature as an Accountant since March of 2017.
Tony, originally from Rhode Island, has been living in Florida for over 10 years. He has been a singer in various bands performing at clubs, parties & weddings in the New England area. His first passion has always been music and he loves to perform. His free time is spent singing at karaoke clubs.

Music and song soothe Sassy’s soul. Like prayer, it’s her go-to “therapy,” helping her walk through life in a positive way. Those who know Sassy will tell you, “Sassy sings, and sings and sings, no matter what!”
David has been in real estate for close to 30 years. Prior to real estate, David was in radio and worked in a famous recording studio in New York City. He graduated from the University of Miami and has always had a passion for music. David will be performing a solo song followed by a performance with his band, Sonny Lee and the Straight Shooters.

Gregory Gefen dreamed of being a rock guitarist and performing for audiences ever since he was a teenager in Aventura. Lucky for him his parents (along with his various guitar teachers) were able to assess his true talent potential and encouraged him to go to law school instead!
Hans Bacares is a dedicated practitioner of the ancient art of Story Telling. Sitting by a fire and maybe roasting some marshmallows, he will weave a complicated tale of heroism and valor, twisted with sharp colors of deceit and betrayal. You will laugh, you will weep, you will leave the circle thinking about the many things that were spoken, and the things left unsaid.

I started singing in high school in theatre and plays and then went on to college and minored in music. After college I went on to commodities and did music on the side and put out a few CD’s. A few songs still play at night but that is mostly in the past now; however, I miss it.

Once upon a time, in a town far away, a town which claimed to be the “Birthplace of Sweet Tea,” or better know as Summerville, SC, was a boy and a piano. The two grew close and Smith later realized, his friend, his voice, and they too became close. The triad of friendship reached a highlight at Lee University where Smith studied music and enjoyed performances as a singer at: the Presidential Inauguration of President Obama in 2013, a tour with the Lee University Chorale in Vienna, Austria of 2014 and a tour as the pianist for Lee University Advent Now in Japan of 2016.

Sung has a passion for classical music and took her first piano lesson when she was 5, in South Korea. She taught piano while she was in high school in Kansas City, Missouri, where she grew up. She received a full piano scholarship at Missouri Western State College, but she is too much of an extrovert to be confined to a piano room practicing for many hours. She serves on the board of The Symphonia, Boca Raton, and is one of our Commercial Agents.
Sabrina Renee is a musician and singer-songwriter. She has been playing music since the age of 6, starting out with piano as her first instrument. At age 15, she taught herself guitar and began composing her own pieces both lyrically and instrumentally. Tonight Sabrina Renee will be playing an original for you, we hope you enjoy it as much as she enjoyed writing it and playing it for all of you!

Jack Jaiven, a Florida Certified Public Accountant since 1975, served as Chief Financial Officer, or in other high-level financial capacities, for more than 30 years with several publicly-traded companies, including real estate development companies which constructed more than 35,000 condominium apartments in South Florida active adult retirement communities. Since 2006, Jack’s business focus has been as one of the owners and Executive Vice President of Boca Raton-based The Signature Real Estate Companies, which owns and operates a highly successful and rapidly-expanding family of South Florida real estate brokerage firms with more than 900 Realtors® and Real Estate Professionals in 20+ residential and commercial real estate brokerage offices in Palm Beach and Broward Counties as well as Naples and Orlando. Jack also has a passion for philanthropy, in particular at the grass roots level. Since 2003, Jack has served on the Board of Directors and as volunteer Treasurer of Boca Helping Hands, Inc., a not-forprofit organization which “provides food, medical and financial assistance to meet basic human needs as well as education, job training and guidance to create self-sufficiency”. Jack is also a Director and Vice President of Signature Gives Back, Inc., the charitable arm of The Signature Real Estate Companies. SGB’s mission is “to inspire members of the Real Estate community to support various charities and worthwhile causes through selfless volunteerism and financial contributions.” Jack has a B.B.A. Degree from the City University of New York and served 2 ½ years in the U.S. Army. He and his wife, Grace, have been happily married since 1973, residing in South Florida since 1975. They have 2 sons: Ron, who earned his MBA from UCLA and who enjoys a high-level position with eBay in San Francisco, and Eric, Signature’s Director of Agent Services, who earned his MBA from the University of Miami and resides in Ft Lauderdale. Eric’s wife, Kristen, serves as Signature’s General Counsel. Jack and Grace ‘boast’ three adorable grandchildren: Chloe and Lucas (courtesy of Ron) & Julian (courtesy of Kristen & Eric).
