The proposal is for the sale of our Matakana Showhome, in the form of an investment property, which is then leased back to Signature Homes Rodney & North Shore. The lease agreement is for two years with a 1 + 1 extension, by mutual agreement. Property management and maintenance and the costs associated with this, including phone, electricity, water, and garden & lawn maintenance are the responsibility of Signature Homes, for the duration of the lease period.
