FRAME REVIEW

At this time you will walk through your home prior to the drywall being installed. Your builder will answer any

ORIENTATION

A week before closing, you will walk your completed home with our Orientation Specialist. They will demonstrate all operations of your new home, as well as, advise on care and maintenance.

FINAL WALK

On your closing day, we will walk through your finished home to make sure everything has been addressed before you head to closing.

ADDITIONAL MONEY? WILL I OWE

We will collect 25% of the total of additional items added, as a non-refundable down payment. For example, if the price of additional items equals $20,000, we will collect $5,000 as a non-refundable down payment. This goes directly towards your cash needed at closing.

WHEN DO I GET A DATE FOR CLOSING?

When your countertops & driveway are installed in your home, you will receive your closing date.

Quartz countertops are engineered stone surfaces. They combine the best of natural stone with modern manufacturing processes. This results in a surface that’s comparable and often superior in beauty to natural stone while offering greater durability.

GRANITE

Granite is a type of natural stone. It’s heat resistance and dense durability has made it the premium choice for countertops for many years. Its distinct appearance provides a beautiful ambiance and texture to any home.

At Signature Homes, our granite selections are sealed before installation and will provide years of beauty in your home. Our quartz selections are non-porous and do not need to be sealed before installation. We offer solids, small patterns and large-scale patterns in our quartz selections as you’ll see on the following pages.

While the durability and lifespan of all options are equal, the manufacturing process in quartz to create the large-scale patterns and additional intricacies of fabrication and installation of these options is what account for the difference in pricing per square foot.
