First, a huge congratulations to Sara Van Kirk and her husband Kevin on the arrival of their twin boys, Rocco and Romeo! Double the blessings, double the love, and no doubt double the future negotiations happening in that household. We are so thrilled for you and your family, Sara and Kevin.

Jacob and Katie Southwick welcomed baby Luca Blaze into the world, and what a debut it was! True to his name, this beautiful baby boy blazed through development — and even his own birth — start to finish in under 30 minutes. Talk about efficiency!

Raised in the Bronx, NY, Bob developed an early appreciation for fine clothing through time spent learning about style, fit, and fabric at a men’s clothing store owned by a family friend. His first formal experience in the industry was at Sym’s, where he learned the foundational principle that great clothing begins with proper fit and quality materials.
In 1978, Bob pursued a career in executive recruiting, eventually founding his own firm in Silicon Valley and working closely with C-level technology executives. Throughout his recruiting career, Bob consistently “dressed for success,” maintaining a deep connection to fine tailoring and menswear. After the technology industry downturn in 2004, he closed his practice and returned to the fashion industry, holding leadership roles at Nordstrom and Bloomingdale’s in Miami and Palm Beach.
In 2014, Bob founded Bob Goldfarb Custom Clothing, combining decades of experience, craftsmanship, and client service. A certified clothier and fitter, Bob also remains deeply committed to his community through active involvement in business, civic, and nonprofit organizations, with both he and his company earning industry and community recognition.
