As we head into Spring, I want to take a moment to thank each and every one of you for reading this newsletter. It makes me so happy when people tell me they read it or that they like it, and it is my pleasure to do this every month.
I also want to thank my agents and employees for your hard work and dedication to our company. We have had an unusual amount of turnover this year and are coming through it stronger and better than ever!!!
And I want to thank my customers for continuing to trust me and my agents when it is time to buy or sell your homes. Real Estate can be simple, but it can also be complicated, and when you have the experience that comes from my lifetime of real estate deals combined with the backing of the Signature Real Estate Companies, I truly believe there is no better real estate company on the planet.
Next week, as you may know, we will be attending WrestleMania 42 in Las Vegas, Nevada. It is a wonderful time to celebrate, and my agents who do not follow wrestling, I assure you, can handle the job while I am gone.

Question:
If my Buyer walks into a new construction model without me, can I still represent them?
Answer:
There’s a good chance you just lost that deal. Many times your customer stops into a model home, and if you are not with them when they make their first visit, it can be very difficult if not impossible to get the builder to pay your commission. Builder reps represent the builder. Not your customer.
Say it early to EVERY Buyer customer: “Bring me on the FIRST visit.”
Agents: Are you telling your Buyers this upfront?
P.S. If you have a commission agreement signed with your Buyer, your Buyer may owe you a commission from their pocket OUTSIDE of what they are paying for the house.

Jamie Riley APRO Home Inspector
Jamie is originally from Ft Lauderdale and was able to purchase his first home at a relatively young age. The process piqued his curiosity and frustrated him, ultimately leading him to pursue a career as a home inspector.
When not busy inspecting properties, Jamie enjoys spending time with his family and working out. He earned his Personal Training certification in 2009 and spent over a decade as a private trainer in Palm Beach County. He even competed in several Strongman competitions over the years & at 49, he believes fitness is the fountain of youth.
Jamie’s past careers (sales, small engine mechanic, & landscaping, to name a few) have contributed to making him an exceptional home inspector. One who understands the dual nature of customer service and excellent work ethics. With over 10 years as a home inspector, Jamie’s knowledge and experience in all facets of property inspection are vast. He is a member of the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors (InterNACHI) & adheres to Standards of Practice, abides by a Code of Ethics, and completes continuing education courses far beyond the state requirement.
Jamie Riley is one you can trust with your clients when it comes to Home Inspections, currently resides in West Boca Raton & is someone definitely worth knowing, that’s for sure.
