The SDFLEX is a vertical fall arrest system for ladders featuring a rigid guide rail, compliant with and certified according to harmonised standard EN 353-1+A1:2017 and PPE Regulation 2016/425/EU.
The system consists of a vertical guide with an 8 mm diameter stainless steel cable. The upper end is fitted with a cable clamp and the lower end with a tensioner. The end brackets are then fixed to the ladder by means of the anchors supplied with the system.
Two configuration types are permitted:
- With flush-rung upper bracket for reduced bulk
- With upper bracket fitted with an outreach arm for easier top exit

Sliding trolley certified EN 353-1:2014 + A1:2017, to which an energy absorber and an EN 362 connector are attached, equipped with an automatic locking system.
UPPER END
Bracket fixing:
- Flush-rung type: at 3 rungs
- Exit bracket type: at 4 rungs
Cable clamp - flush-rung bracket
Installed using a retaining stop fitted with a pin and split pin.
Cable clamp - exit bracket
Installed by inserting the device fork into the pin, then joining the components with a pin and split pin through the hole.

Lower bracket fixing at 2 rungs.
Tensioner - lower bracket

Installed by tightening the nut of the tensioner rod when inserted into the bracket hole.
