LIFELINES SDLAM-AL RANGE TYPE C

END ANCHOR

INTERMEDIATE ANCHOR

The system is designed to adapt to a wide range of panels and sheet metal, including variable rib spacings of up to 25 cm. The upper fixing is carried out using rivets, already tested and certified on simulated supports in the test field, ensuring reliability and safety in the application.

Regarding minimum substrate thicknesses, for steel sandwich panels a minimum thickness of 0.4 mm is required. For sheet metal panels, the minimum thickness rises to 0.6 mm, while for insulated sheet metal a thickness of 0.5 mm is sufficient.

The line length can vary according to project requirements: the minimum span is 3 metres, while the maximum can reach 15 metres, provided that an intermediate support is included to ensure structural stability.

The material used in the system is aluminium or AISI 316L stainless steel, chosen for their outstanding corrosion resistance and long-term durability.

The system is certified according to the following standards:

UNI EN 795 : 2012

CEN/TS 16415 : 2013

LIFELINES SDLAM-AL RANGE TYPE A

SDLAM-AL01A

SDLAM-AL02A

SDLAM-ALCAV

The system is designed to adapt to multiple types of panels and sheet metal, including variable rib spacings of up to 25 cm. The upper fixing is carried out using rivets, already tested and certified on simulated supports in the test field, ensuring reliability and safety in the installation.

Regarding minimum substrate thicknesses, for steel sandwich panels a minimum thickness of 0.4 mm is required. For sheet metal panels, the minimum required thickness is 0.6 mm, while for insulated sheet metal a thickness of 0.5 mm is sufficient.

The material used is aluminium, available in various configurations. The SDLAM-AL01A model is multidirectional with a four-pin configuration, compatible with corrugated, mock-tile or flat sheet metal roofing. The SDLAM-AL02A variant is single-rib and uni-directional, designed specifically for corrugated sheet metal. Finally, the SDLAM-ALCAV version combines the SDLAM-AL02A with a flexible cable, ideal for applications on tile roofs positioned on top of a sheet metal panel.

The system is certified according to the following standards:

UNI EN 795 : 2012

CEN/TS 16415 : 2013
