The heart of any successful community is its clubhouse, and while ours is no different, it is entirely in a league of its own. In the following pages you will learn all about the features and benefits that abound within this expansive lakefront enclave. From woodwork to masonry and everything in between, nothing but the highest level of craftsmanship has been employed to make this the most remarkable clubhouse in the Pacific Northwest. No one said creating the perfect clubhouse would be easy. But the final product‌undeniably worth it. We hope to share our newest amenity with you in person soon.

BIG THINKING PRECEDES BIG ACHIEVEMENT F
or 24 months, the entire Whitetail Club team worked with fervor to create the most spectacular clubhouse in the Pacific Northwest. Bringing this incredible amenity to life has been a formidable feat, but it has also been a labor of
love every step of the way. We pored over countless concepts, considered and reconsidered numerous amenities, dining options, floor plans, and finishes. We thought about our key Whitetail Club events, and how the space would accommodate them, about our Whitetail Club members, and how the space would support them. And even while we were considering different options, we were sure of one thing: Nothing short of perfection would do.

FEAST DRINK ENJOY... R E P E A T T
he Whitetail Club clubhouse brings with it four new and enticing dining options, from a stunning lakefront restaurant with a focus on fresh local and regional ingredients, to the more casual offerings of The Boathouse.
THE RESTAURANT AT THE CLUBHOUSE Regardless of the season there is always adventure to be had at Whitetail Club, and we realize that nothing works up an appetite quite like the exploits attributed to the mountain-lake lifestyle. Therefore, one of the most convenient features of the clubhouse restaurant will be its hours of operation. This authentic eatery will be serving up Pacific Northwestern cuisine and familiar American favorites for breakfast, lunch and dinner all year long. Two dining areas allow members to choose their preferred dining experience. Here, they can retreat into the warmth of the indoor dining room when the weather is less than stellar, or venture to the outdoor deck, equipped with a fire pit and fireplace, to indulge in the splendor of McCall’s scenery.
THE BAR AT THE CLUBHOUSE The bar at the clubhouse flows from the restaurant, but is impressive in its own right with distinct features including a fireplace, indoor and outdoor bar service and a
windowed alcove seating area with stunning views of the lake. Additionally, members can enjoy live music on Friday and Saturday evenings, making this the summer hot spot.
PRIVATE DINING ROOM For more intimate gatherings, a private dining room accommodating 14-16 guests is available on the second level of the clubhouse. This separate space has a private balcony overlooking the lake, making it an ideal spot for pre-dinner cocktails or unwinding with a post-meal cognac and cigar. When members aren’t facing the lake, they can focus their attention on another special design feature in the room: Whitetail Club’s new wine cellar — a glass-enclosed structure which will house a hand-selected collection of wine.
QUICK EATS AT THE BOATHOUSE For those looking to capitalize on the new private beachfront, we’ve developed a dining solution to satisfy cravings for both great food and sunny days, at once. The Boathouse has indoor and outdoor seating in which to enjoy meals, as well as a “grab & play” option that allows members to bring food onboard for a day of boating on the lake, or down to the beach for a lakeside picnic.

et closer than ever to Payette Lake with The Boathouse! This new lakefront hub enhances aquatic activities with everything needed to make waves. A retail space offers essentials for a day of fun in the sun and on the water, such as sunglasses, rashguards, flipflops, hats and more, while a “quick eats” spot features indoor and outdoor seating, as well as a to-go option for those heading out on the lake. Members can also enjoy two new saline hot tubs located between The Boathouse and beachfront. These additions are our very own “local hot springs,” featuring a cascading waterfall that connects them to one another, and will be open year-round at a tension-melting 104°. One of the most exciting features of this amenity is the new dock situated right on property, which will moor Whitetail Club owned boats with limited day-use dock space for visiting member-only vessels. This means that going for

an adventure on Payette Lake in Whitetail Club’s Super Air Nautique 210, The Private Dancer, or any of the pontoon boats is now simpler than ever. Meanwhile, three hundred feet of lakefront offer Whitetail Club members yet another way to enjoy Payette Lake while on property. The members-only, exclusive beachfront provides the more laid back beach-goers with the luxury of lounging and swimming without the crowds. Those looking to add a bit more action to their day will find it on the water with stand-up paddleboards, kayaks, canoes and more, which will be housed at The Boathouse (along with life vests) for ease of access. And when members are ready to end the day, men’s and women’s locker rooms equipped with showers and towels are available at their disposal.

hen building this defining new amenity, we didn’t just have our adult members in mind. That’s why the clubhouse features two new spaces geared specifically to our younger members: the Kids Room and Teen Center.
THE KIDS ROOM AT THE CLUBHOUSE Our youngest members (ages 4–9) can enjoy a day of interactive play at the Kids Room, where they are able to frolic and socialize with other Whitetail Club junior members, as well as children of members’ guests. The thoughtfully designed room features a chalkboard wall to let their creativity shine, while a soft play area and variety of board games are sure to get their logical gears turning, and a TV can play family favorites.
THE TEEN CENTER AT THE CLUBHOUSE The clubhouse has a very special hangout spot designed just for our teen and preteen members. Situated at the end of the clubhouse, this social hub has its own private entrance. Here, teens can unwind after a long day of taking in the outdoor adventures at Whitetail Club, find a haven from the elements when winter strikes, or simply meet up with friends for an afternoon of socializing and relaxation. To pass the time, our young members can partake in a selection of movies, video games and board games, plus complimentary WIFI, a full sized ping pong table and a foosball table.

DOWN TO BUSINESS
I
n today’s world of constant connectivity, sometimes you’ll need to conduct business while away from the office or the home. If those moments strike while members are out and about enjoying one of the new onsite amenities — like the two year-round saline hot tubs — they’ll now have a place to attend to business without having to rush back home or calling it a day. The new Business Center is located at the clubhouse, making this a convenient space to catch up on important matters while the kids catch up on matters of their own — like challenging their friends to a round of games at the Kids Room and Teen Center. When business requires a meeting of the minds, members can enjoy the use of our private meeting room at the clubhouse. Here, they can gather with their closest colleagues in an intimate, yet professional environment that’s close to home. This thoughtfully appointed room has the state-of-the-art A/V capabilities one would expect from Whitetail Club, and Whitetail Club’s IT team can be found on hand to assist with setup.
