Shopping News Photo by Donald Reese Ephrata Area Social Services held its annual Volunteer Luncheon recently at Holy Trinity Lutheran Church, the primary site for the E.A.S.S. Meals On Wheels program. E.A.S.S. board members and staff take this opportunity to recognize all of the 130 (or so) volunteers responsible for the continuance of the Meals On Wheels program, Food Bank and Clothing Bank operations of the agency. E.A.S.S. will deliver over 25,000 meals, provide food to over 8,500 people and serve 3,500 in its Clothing Bank. These services would not be possible were it not for the volunteers being honored at this yearly event. Shown in the photo are E.A.S.S. board members serving lunch to the honored guests.

Various Careers Explored At Cocalico Middle School

TUESDAY, DECEMBER 22 Cocalico Wrestling will host its annual Alumni Night at the match against Garden Spot at 7:00 p.m. in the Cocalico High School Gym. Alumni should arrive at 6:30 p.m.
