Shopping News Photo by Donald Reese Downtown Ephrata is starting to look very festive as Ephrata Borough crews were busy putting up the Christmas banners and the lighted wreaths. Music can be heard playing at the square and the season’s first snowfall has already arrived. It’s already beginning to look a lot like Christmas.
