Cocalico-Ephrata Annual “Giving Thanks” Free Community Meal Shopping News Photo by Donald Reese Organizers of the annual Giving Thanks Community Meal are pleased to announce that this cherished tradition will continue again this Thanksgiving. The Eph­ rata, Cocalico, and surr­ ounding communities are invited to a sit­down Thanks­ giving meal on Thursday, November 27, from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at the Ephrata Business Center, 400 East Main Street, Ephrata. The dinner provides an opportunity for neighbors to come together to share a holiday meal in a spirit of gratitude and community. Takeout meals will be available on a first­come, first­served basis beginning at 1:30 p.m. Meal delivery will be provided by Ephrata Area Social Services (EASS) for homebound neighbors in the Ephrata and Cocalico areas. Pre­registration is required for delivery. Regis­ tration for meal delivery opened on Monday, October 20, and will close on Friday, November 14. To register,
